我最喜欢的体育运动莫过于踢毽子了。
星期六的早晨，打开窗户，放眼望去，天空晶莹剔透，好像一面无边无际的水晶玻璃。在这样好的天气下，伸个懒腰，打个哈欠，在和食品做过斗争后，便走向了去往公园的林荫小道上。
时间过的真快，转眼就到了公园。我大步流星的走到被小花小草几乎快要掩盖的空地上，与以往不同的是，我这次拿出了毽子，踢了起来，姥姥用大毽子，我用小毽子。姥姥先做了一个示范。只见姥姥把毽子往上一抛，毽子掉下来时用脚的侧面一接，就一下一下的踢起来。她一会儿用脚尖踢，一会儿用脚后跟踢，一会儿左炸毛毽，一会儿右炸毛毽，真像一只小燕子在快乐的飞舞。
轮到我踢了，我踢得也不赖嘛!只见那毽子上窜下跳，像个孩子似的，调皮的蹦来蹦去，只是踢了没有五个就坏了。我也坚持不懈的尝试了不下十次，可是没有一次踢了左炸毛毽或右炸毛毽，我都快变成泄了气的皮球了，可正当这时，突然出现了一个转折点，那个调皮的毽子离开了我的控制，正要落地，就在这千钧一发的时刻，我急忙跑上去，用脚接住了毽子，而且又踢了两个，并且博得了姥姥对我的奖励。

我最喜欢的运动项目就是乒乓球了。其中我就最崇拜的运动员有：王皓、张继科、马龙。
今年夏天，爸爸经不住我的软磨硬泡，终于带我去打乒乓球了;我高兴的一蹦三尺高。一路上我问这问那。一转眼间，就到了乒乓球场。我一望眼，有的人在对打，也有的人在双打，好热闹。
我迫不及待地拿上球拍，让爸爸教我，他先教我拿球拍，然后让我跟他练习一下，他把球传给我，我竟然接不住，一、二、三三十六下我都接不住。爸爸说你放弃吧。我不服，就一直练习，终于啃下了这块硬骨头。
学好了慢打，我有迫不及待地让爸爸教我快打。爸爸答应了。爸爸把球飞快的传给了我，拍子没接上，就直接打在了我的脸上，把脸打得通红。我忍着脸上的阵痛，继续学快打。终于功夫不负有心人。我学会了快打，而且水平还超过了爸爸呢!
当然在学的过程中，我也体会到伤心、快乐、胜利、失败。我也在一次次失败中吸取经验，才能以此次成功，因为：失败乃是成功之母嘛。而我从失败中总结一句话来：世上无难事，只怕有心人。
这个项目给我带来了快乐，也带来了失败的意义。
